This policy covers information collected through the Novara HR marketing website at novarahr.com. Data held inside the Novara HR application on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's own agreement with us, not by this page.

When you submit the demo request form we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, phone number if you provide one, company name, company size, industry, your current HR system, and any message you write.
We do not require an account to browse this website, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on it.
Why we collect it
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration of the platform. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick it up again if you return. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the demo form or by replying to any message from our team.
